A newly renovated beautiful cottage sitting just half way up the great orme with spectacular sea veiws and a very peaceful location. Its a bungalow with three bedrooms two doubles and one twin. Brand new kitchen and bathroom with seperate shower and a seperate toilet. Large lounge with patio doors out to patio with garden furniture and barbaque. All rooms have fantastic views. The property has a double garage with a long private driveway up to the property.
The Lodge is a converted stable to Bryn Hedd, a substantial Italianate villa in Penmaenmawr and former holiday home of William Gladstone. The accommodation consists of entrance hall with plenty of storage for outdoor gear together with a washer drier and WC. This leads to a kitchen dining area with fitted kitchen and dining table with chairs. In the corner a spiral staircase leads to the upstairs lounge which is the former hayloft featuring exposed beams, log burner and fabulous views over the Menai Strait to Anglesey and Puffin Island. The bedroom is on the ground floor and features an ensuite bathroom with bath shower. There is plenty of room in the lounge for extra single beds or camp beds if required. The bedroom is also big enough to fit a cot or a camp bed.
